Naïve pop, emo pop, alternative pop, ambient or electronic pop … all possible alternate colors through which our musical era will have loved to translate the musical pop experience: we want to be the nearest possible to it, catch these moments, without defining or alter them, and make them blossom among you. LILI IS PI records is at the quest of timeless pop pulsars, of strong emotional releases; musical alternate paths, at last sincere, at last free.
We mainly act as a record label but are also increasingly concentrating on publishing / sub-publishing of musical works and trying to find any new (or usual) possible way of getting your musical works out there. Our mission evolving on the european field, it was important for LILI IS PI records to constitute a cosmopolitan and multicultural working group: our staff speaks english, french, italian, romanian, german and portuguese. For some of us here at Lili is Pi, having been active as musicians, club concert promoter or having worked actively for long years in the accounting section of a european cultural Ministry … we do understand our job in a very different way many other labels or same oriented music societies do understand.
